Official Rebate Terms and Conditions To receive your $125 or $100 Yokohama Mastercard® Prepaid Card, submit your claim online at yokohamatirerewards.com. Valid for the following purchases made February 16 - April 30, 2024 at participating locations (see below for details): set of five Yokohama GEOLANDAR X-AT® or GEOLANDAR M/T® G003 tires; set of four Yokohama GEOLANDAR X-AT or GEOLANDAR M/T G003 tires. 1. All Claims must have a valid invitation code to qualify. Codes are one-time use only. Purchase must be a minimum of four tires for a single vehicle.
2. Valid on purchases made from participating locations or Yokohama-authorized dealers. Excludes purchases made on any website not associated with an authorized Yokohama dealer or listed on yokohamatire.com/dealer-locator.
3. Rebate value of $125 for a set of five GEOLANDAR X-AT or GEOLANDAR M/T G003 tires. Rebate value of $100 for a set of four GEOLANDAR X-AT or GEOLANDAR M/T G003 tires.
4. Invitation codes received between 2/16 - 2/29 must purchase eligible tires by 3/15/2024. Claims must be submitted by March 31, 2024. Invitation codes received between 3/1 - 3/15 must purchase eligible tires by 3/31/2024. Claims must be submitted by April 15, 2024. Invitation codes received between 3/16 - 3/31 must purchase eligible tires by 4/15/2024. Claims must be submitted by April 30, 2024. Invitation codes received between 4/1 - 4/15 must purchase eligible tires by 4/30/2024. Claims must be submitted by May 15, 2024. Invitation codes received between 4/15 - 4/30 must purchase eligible tires by 5/15/2024. Claims must be submitted by May 31, 2024. Invitation codes received between 5/1 - 5/15 must purchase eligible tires by 5/31/2024. Claims must be submitted by June 15, 2024. Invitation codes received between 5/16 - 5/31 must purchase eligible tires by 6/15/2024. Claims must be submitted by June 30, 2024. Invitation codes received between 6/1 - 6/15 must purchase eligible tires by 6/30/2024. Claims must be submitted by July 15, 2024. Invitation codes received between 6/16 - 6/30 must purchase eligible tires by 7/15/2024. Claims must be submitted by July 31, 2024.
5. Claims with cash paid invoices must present a picture of the DOT number on the tire or the tire including the tread name as well as an invoice for approval. Yokohama reserves the right to verify the purchase location.
6. Please keep your proof of purchase materials until your prepaid card has been received.
7. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw or amend this offer in any way or to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or obligation.
8. Offer valid only for legal US residents physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC), Puerto Rico, Trinidad, and Tobago.
9. This offer is not valid for commercial, fleet, or employee program purchases.
10. This offer is not valid with any other Yokohama offer including the Friends & Family or Partner Perks Programs.
11. Void where prohibited by law.
12. Rebate issued in the form of Yokohama Mastercard Prepaid Card. Sponsor or their agent may, at their discretion, pay this claim with a check instead of a prepaid card.

Mastercard is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement. 14. Allow 8 weeks after claim submission for Mastercard Prepaid Card delivery.
